All State Companies is WELL WORTH THE HIRE —fantastic communication skills; not grumpy nor sour! Matt Finlayson is a 2nd generation demolition contractor with balanced legacy values, is dependable and true to his word. We had him remove and fill in an inground pool, as well as landscape restoration. Can't recommend them enough!

We had an abandoned shelter we needed to remove from our property, and All State Companies did a really good job. The project cost was fair, and you could really tell that they were professional at what they do. Their services were great from start to end.

I bought a lot that had two barns and a house that were beyond repair and needed to come down. Matt came out to look at it and got right back to me with specifics of the job and a price to do it. He was not the only contractor to bid the job, but had the best price and most thorough estimate that answered all of my questions. He got the job done ahead of schedule and kept in contact throughout the process, filling me in on progress and any unforeseen issues. All the buildings were removed and you can’t tell anything had been there except for the bare ground. I’ll quickly call them again for any demolition service in the future.

The job took 3-4 days to complete with no major problems. After removing my pool, they filled in the area with proper soil that I could seed. Some of the area had to be reseeded, probably due to a heavy rain, but every working aspect on their part was done up to par.

Our home was destroyed by a tornado on March 6th. With the close confines of our lot and neighbors homes on each side only 10 to 15 ft. away on a fairly sleep slope and lake lot we were worried about keeping the existing foundation intact. Allstate amazed us with the precision and carefully orchestrated way they performed in these circumstances Matt and crew kept desired existing plants and trees safe which required very skilled excavation to maneuver around on a pie shaped narrow lake lot on a slope. The cost of their service was very reasonable and our builders obtained a number of bids from other companies. We really can't say enough about the high level of peace of mind and satisfaction working with Allstate Company.

I needed an in ground pool removed and then backyard leveled which included removal of shed, large tree and retaining wall with sod laid too. I had a concrete patio removed and replaced as well as two sidewalks and a garage apron redone. All State was very conscientious of their work and friendly when asked any questions about the process. Matt was great with relaying the costs and timeline and how he was to get everything done. I would recommend Matt and his team to help anyone with their demo needs for sure.
