Chavis Enterprises

I wanted to remove and fill in a regular-sized vinyl liner pool with aluminum curtains—around 15 ft. by 30 ft. Chavis got the job done, but I wasn’t completely pleased. There was rebar sticking out of the ground that they left out, and I had to call them a couple of times (and write an email) to get them to come back and take care of it. Overall, they still got the job done.

The job was to take down a 1300 sq. ft. single-family home. I was happy with everything, and the crew and staff at Chavis were very nice people.

I needed a pool demolished and filled in. It was great having Chavis tear down the swimming pool. They worked quickly and I am happy with the outcome.

In-ground pool removal project. I hired Chavis Enterprises for the job. Everything went well, but I just have some minor things that I need to speak with them about. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the work.

The work was a house and large metal garage demolition. Everything was hauled away and site returned to grade. Chavis Enterprises took it down for us and we're very happy with the result. Great job.

Our company, MZM Construction, was hired to put up a new home on a piece of property that already had a small, single story 2 bedroom home with a basement. The existing home had to first be demolished along with a shed in the back yard. We had Chavis Enterprises come out and take care of the demolition for us, and they were excellent. They were easy to get in touch with, very personable, and easy to work with. Someone always answered the phone with any questions we may have. It took about a week for the tear down, fill in, and to bring it up to grade. We would use them again.
