Rich and his team did an amazing job on Demoing my entire basement. What was probably a two day job was completed in one. All of the debris was hauled away and the site was left very clean.. Everything Rich said he was going to do was done. Great communication!!! Rich personally came to my house and provided an honest accurate quote. You are not dealing with any sub contractors. Rich was on the site with his team the entire day. The customer service is outstanding!!! I highly recommend Demolition Man!!! Thanks for doing an outstanding job!!!

So, we were forced to demolish our 2.5 car garage with an add on shed due to poor construction and ice damage. I gave Demolition Man 5 stars for a very good reason, they are a company who you can TRUST. A demo of that size is a big deal to us, we're not flowing in excess cash. Plus, we had so much in the garage to temporarily rehome. Thankfully, Demolition Man took care of all the other oozits and whatsits you collect over the years and forget about. The process of PULLING PERMITS was all taken care of by Demolition Man, in a very speedy manner. I mean, Rich really bent over backwards for us on this bc the city was breathing down our necks. He understood the situation and I had my permits in almost 24 hours! He's a busy man and he didn't have to make that much of an effort, but he's someone who has a heart and understands how life can be difficult at times and made it so much easier. Im not sure I ever had the chance to thank him properly. His help is extremely appreciated. We were all trying to get over a virus and I have an autoimmune disease, Lupus and in terrible shape after fighting off the flu. The CONTRACT portion was the easiest I've ever dealt with, personally or in business. He came out, I believe the same day or following morning, giving us a verbal quote, followed that night by an official quote with everything written very clearly. It explained the process, the payment breakdown so there was nothing left uncovered. There were NO SURPRISES when it came to what Demolition Man said they would do, or the amout we would be charged. The day before demolition seemed so chaotic to me bc my husband and boys had been relocating all that we were keeping. Why? Idk, because all I could do is watch, lol. So the next day, Demo Day, I had a drs appointment and left before they arrived. By the time I got to my drs waiting room I received a picture of my garage halfway demolished! I had to laugh be this was the LEAST STRESSFUL project I've ever been involved in. An hour and a half later we returned home and couldn't believe how EFFICIENT and WELL MANAGED this project was. I loved working with the owner, Rich. He's such a normal, hard working man that owns his own company and actually knows how to run it. There were ZERO SURPRISES and he was incredibly kind. The entire project lasted a day and a half and as far as I could tell, there wasn't any debris that fell into neighboring yards. However, we obviously had a ton! He did not leave our yard until any and every speck from the demo was gone. Like the old saying, leave the room cleaner than you found it...it's now February and the lawn is tidier than it has ever been. Even the pine cones and dog poo! Also, with a dog, left over debris was a big concern, but it was immaculate. Demolition Man takes PRIDE in their work. The kind of pride that's hard to find in people today. I WOULD RECCOMEND Demolition Man to come in and destroy anything. Two years ago, we had a major local company come out and do a full tear off on our roof and found glass and nails all around the perimeter for weeks. I have NO left over debris. So, if you are seeking a company to come in and demolish anything, call Demolition Man!

I reached out to Demolition Man to help with removing an old bathroom wall, ceiling tiles, and built in shelving/cabinets in my basement. Rich and his team did such a great job! They got the work done quickly and cleaned everything up very nicely. It's like I have a whole new basement! A small barn needed to go from the back yard. Rich provided a quote based on information forwarded to him and pictures. Great communication and professional. Work completed as promised as well as clean up and repair to the lawn. Very pleased with everything. He verified we were happy before calling the job done. Highly recommend.

Rich and his team at Demolition Man were top notch. We have never dealt with such a professional contractor that over delivers, is reasonably priced, and communicates with you every step of the way. He really tries to work with you to provide the best service for you and help you out. They removed our kayak pool in less than 72 hours of contacting him. They covered the area with dirt and grass seed and moved all the rocks around our pool for us. The area was spotless when they left. We needed a garage torn down and it sounds like a simple job, but it wasn’t and then our neighbors had a few extra request which we of course needed to pay for by the time it was all said and done. Hiring anyone else would have been a huge mistake. I am so glad we went with Demolition Man. My project was a residential garage demolition/concrete removal/fill-dirt/grass seed/clean-up, completed this week. I found this contractor on the internet and was impressed with the website and outstanding reviews. My positive first impression was confirmed when I communicated, by phone,, with the owner/operator, Rich. His professionalism was impressive and a welcome relief from the myriad of contractors with whom I have interacted. While maintaining professionalism, Rich also maintained an open, down-to-Earth, friendly demeanor, provided all the information I needed and thoroughly answered all my questions, including those relating to other exterior projects. Demolition Man kept me in the loop through the entire process including texts, phone calls, project photos/videos and in-person conferences. Rich has an outstanding work ethic and is a great operations manager who treats his crew with respect.
