Land Services was started in 1993 as a general civil construction company in Prairieville Louisiana, but over the years has narrowed its field of work to demolition, associated clearing and dirt work.
Land Services demolition capabilities range from small single-story dwellings to multi-story commercial structures, concrete driveways to multiple acre parking lots. Being an 'owner on the job' type company allows Land Services to perform specialty demolition with excellent results, such as tight-quarters demolition, disruption sensitive demolition, even the 'it has to stay neat' demolition.
