I needed a single wide mobile home demolished, and Ponce Services Inc took care of the work for me. Their service was absolutely excellent, and everything occurred on the agreed schedule. They did the demolition promptly and made sure they left me with a clean site to build on. These guys did great work!

I needed a small house and trees removed. I hired Ponce Services for this project. Everything went according to plan for the demolition of the small house. The service was great; their crew worked well together and did the job promptly. However, the trees weren’t removed as we requested so that’s the only issue. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

When I needed a hot tub with a concrete walkway around it removed, Ponce Services handled it. They did a fine job. There were no additional damages and they paid good attention to detail. They also came on time, and I have no complaints whatsoever. These guys did great work.

I had an 1800 sq ft house made of wood frame and block that needed to be demolished including slab, plumbing and pipe. I was impressed with their service. They did a great job in getting it taken down and clearing the property.

They did very well and I am definitely satisfied. They demolished the property down to the dirt and cleaned up the area upon completion.

The interior of the house has been emptied but water and electricity were still connected. There was no gas connected nor gas tank to be removed. Ponce came in person and checked the site.
