The garage in my home had been converted to a bedroom and I hired Watco to restore it back to a garage. The work involved securing a permit and arranging inspections, performing demolition to remove a wall, and hauling away the waste. Watco Construction didn't totally finish the project. It's a 600 sq ft shack they demolished for us. They didn't haul away all the debris, though. There is still some of the concrete slab left behind. The site wasn't returned to grade and is a hazard for people since the septic tank was not filled in. I contacted them numerous times, and I sent them 2 or 3 emails already. I talked to their boss on the phone, but he didn't call me back. I sent them a formal letter in hopes it will help resolve the matter.
