When I needed my 10 ft x 60 ft mobile home demolished, I went with T.D. Sims Company Inc. I received two bids from separate contractors, but I ended up going with T.D. Sims Company, even though they gave me a higher quote. I have no regrets working with them. I feel like I got what I paid for because I was so pleased with their services. They told me ahead of time when they were coming, and they showed up on the agreed upon date. The promptness of their service was exceptional too. They finished the project within three hours and even hauled away the debris, which saved me a lot time. I highly recommend this contractor.

T.D. Sims did a great job handling my house's demolition. They were relatively quick to finish. They brought two dump trucks of shale dirt to fill and level the ground. They picked up all the trash from the demolition and did a good job with everything.

I needed to demolish a 3.5 ft thick slab, which was around 2 ft long. I actually got good service despite the fact that a waterline got cut. It was because the original builder hid the waterline, and there was no way to know it was there. They needed to cut around the plumbing and jackhammer then cut some new trenches. Overall, they did a good job.

The job we hired T. D. Sims to do was a 14 ft x 56 ft mobile home demolition. I had no trouble with them. They were on point and did exactly what they said they were gonna do. If a company does what they promised they would do, that's a good company.

I need a house demolished including the foundation and a shed. The house is around 1500 sq ft made of wood. I am absolutely satisfied with the service that I got from T.D. Sims. They were great. They left the site clean from debris.

We had our 1,400 sqft house demolished after a large tree fell on it and caused serious damage. The tree crushed the center of the house, so the rest was demolished and everything was removed. I can tell you for a fact that the guy with T. D. Sims Company is the most professional man I have met in a long time. We needed 3 cell sites removed and hauled off. We needed the structure and concrete pad demolished, the pad is about 9 x 16 ft. to 10 x 20 ft. I ended up going with T. D. Sims Company and they were really good. They did a really good job and worked at a fast pace.

TD Sims removed our swimming pool. It was about 19,000 gallons and went from 3 feet to 10 feet deep.
We were very happy with TD Sims work. They were really good with walking me and my husband through what needed to be done. They couldn't get to the jobsite a few times because of bad weather and that caused some delays. It ended up taking a longer than we wanted, but they were always sure to call and update us if they weren't going to make it out.
T.D. Sims did a very good job and the end result was just how we wanted it. I would definitely recommend him.
