Founded in 1998 by Sherman and Amy Knicely in Rockingham County near the Augusta County line, the business was operated out of their home until 2007 when it was moved to its present location beside the Harrisonburg City line staying true to its original County-Line name.

What began as a small, strictly agricultural based construction company with just a handful of employees has morphed into one of the largest agricultural building contractors in the Shenandoah Valley. We now offer residential construction and demolition, light commercial construction and demolition, metal roofing and all types of concrete footers, walls and floors. Along with this we have the personnel in place to help you through almost any building process from start to finish.
