I located Demo Patrol LLC performing an online search for C- 21 Demolition contractors in my area to perform demolition and removal of two existing 3500 square-foot single-story commercial use buildings. Upon our initial site meeting, I got the sense that Spencer understood the demolition process thoroughly, the discussed scope of work, and more importantly, a well thought out plan for execution. Spencer and his crew were ready to go and got started on our agreed start date, and completed the demolition a few days ahead of schedule. Communication with Spencer was also very easy. He typically answered his phone immediately or would call back shortly after I called, which is nice considering nowadays, you would be lucky to hear back from most people within hours, if not days, if at all, lol. Another unique feature Spencer provided was aerial drone time lapse footage of the demolition from start to finish, which I thought was pretty neat, as did my customer as well. Spencer left the job site clean as agreed, and also made sure to check if there was anything else that was needed before he pulled off. It was a pleasant experience working with Spencer from start to finish. Utilizing Demo Patrol ended up being a great decision, and I will definitely be contacting him for our future projects.

I reached out to Demo Patrol for a prevailing wage project and we were blown away with how easy it was to work with them. We had numerous hiccups along the way (not due Demo Patrol) and they were quick and efficient with their responses. We had two buildings 3500 square feet in total with raised foundations that needed to be demolished and the land graded. Spencer’s team completed the project in 6 days and we passed the final inspection on the first try. If another project comes up of this caliber I will be calling Demo Patrol immediately.

Even my neighbors commented on how careful they were, keeping the surrounding areas protected and debris under control. The final result was spotless, way beyond what I expected. The lot was perfectly prepped and ready for the next steps, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’m so grateful for Spencer’s support and professionalism – they really went above and beyond. I had a 2 story playhouse in my backyard that I wanted removed. From the first call with Spencer it was a pleasure doing business with them. He came out, gave me a bid and the following day came to remove the structure. His helpers Kenaniah and Justin were excellent workers. 7 hours later the structure was gone, my fence was back up, and they left a very happy and appreciative customer. I needed an interior of a big house demoed very carefully and striclty as some things had to be saved and Spencer and His team DELIVERED! Demo Patrol is Everything you can ask for in a demolition/haul away company. The price, communication, quick time and quality! Only demo/junk service I call for now on.

Outstanding, professional and hardworking. I spent 37 years in commercial construction and these guys give you your money's worth with production, and professional attention to detail. I am very happy with their demo of my 15x31' above ground pool and associated clean up. Also removed 4'x4' concrete slab and exposed a water line with leak for me with a minimal charge saving me much money over the plumbing contractor. 5 star for sure.
