My client needed to have his old mobile home demolished and removed from his park. I reviewed multiple bids on his behalf, and KAIO's bid was the most complete, with a detailed statement of the work. They were also reasonably priced. Todd was very professional from the beginning to the end of the project. He was easy to contact, and replied to all texts, phone calls, and emails. He arrived on time for the demo, and his team did a great job. They also disposed of other miscellaneous items that were left inside the mobile home. He completed the project on time and under budget. When the home was removed, we were surprised to learn that there was an old slab underneath. He knew we had very tight time constraints and gave a quick bid and was able to do the demo of the slab immediately. We would recommend KAIO for any demolition project.
