I have worked with Mayer Construction a handful of times on different projects through my business and personally. Joseph and his team are always on time, go above and beyond to make sure the project is completed to their client's satisfaction and are fair/transparent with pricing and bids. Most recently their team demolished an old garage with power in SW Portland. Joseph handled all of the permits and communication with the city and did the lead-based paint abatement to their standards. I would not hesitate hiring them again!
