I hired Oceanfront Contracting LLC to demolish a 1,900 sq ft house built in 1908 with a sandstone foundation and slate roof because the house was neglected for years and was beyond a cost-effective flip remodel. I met the team that is Oceanfront Contracting while I was driving by some properties that I manage and after a site visit, they wrote up a professional quote for the work to be performed and provided their COI. I decided to work with them because their quote was fair, their attitude was great, and it gave me the opportunity to help a new business. The work was completed in about 2 weeks time from start to finish over the holidays with a 30k lb excavator, skid steer, and 40 yard dumpsters on rotation to haul out all the debris. They took care of everything related to the project and even dug out an old trampoline pit and removed deteriorating front concrete steps for us. They are a young, professional team that has taken their experience from prior construction related jobs and applied it to starting their own business.
