What permit do I need for my Louisville demolition project?
According to Section 105.1 of the Kentucky Building Code, any person who intends to demolish, convert, alter, or remove a property or structure is required to have a permit. For demolition, a wrecking permit is required. A permit is also required for all electric, gas, and mechanical work.
