What qualifications should a demolition contractor have?

- Demolition
- Construction
- Remodeling
- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Hazardous waste remediation (e.g. asbestos)
However, in certain areas, you only need a license to perform work that costs above a certain dollar amount. If your state does not list a specific dollar amount, there likely is no minimum or maximum amount in place.
